Music CD or MP3 music sales are final and non-refundable. If you receive a damaged CD, we will replace it with the same artist, and album. Purchaser of MP3s will be emailed with a login, password, and URL link to download the file to their system. The username and password will expire after 30 minutes of receiving the email. EVENT SERVICE CONSULTANT SALES

Event Consultant Service fees do not included monies for artist performance fees, artist accommodations, equipment rental, advertising cost via radio, TV, printed material. Event Consultant Service Sales may include two quoted fees, one for the Consultant Service Sales fee and and another for a marketing quoted fee to pay for artist performance fees, artist accommodations, equipment rental, advertising cost via radio, TV, printed material. We will try and notify you if there are any changes to the quoted fees. Event Consultant quote fee sales are final and non-refundable. Marketing quoted fee not used, will be refunded no later than 3 days after event. Once a fee quote is agreed upon you will be emailed a link to purchase our Event consulting services directly from the i PULSE MEDIA of affiliate website. Any amount over the quoted Event Consultant Service fee will be invoiced no later than 3 days after event. By purchasing Event Services you agree to pay any additional cost in full no later than 3 days after receiving the invoice. We will contact the artist and arrange for them to appear on date specified by purchaser, as well as assist in setting up concert promotion thru other methods such as , radio, TV, and printed material. You we also have the benefit of using i PULSE MEDIA logos and slogans to assist in marketing the concert. We will utilize our customer database to maximize your turnout at the event. AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP SALES

These ads are subject to approval by i PULSE MEDIAand affiliate will receive a 35% commission payment. Generate revenue by negotiating concert page interactive setup or assist i PULSE MEDIA in organizing a event in your area. If i PULSE MEDIA sponsors a artist tour you will be given a chance to book the artist in your area at discounted rate, money must be provided up front for the event by date specified by i PULSE MEDIA. As a member of i PULSE MEDIA we will give you advise on how to setup a event in your area and provide you with necessary written proposals to assist with the getting

EVENT TOUR SPONSORS or INTERACTIVE EVENT PROMOTION SALES. EVENT TOUR SPONSORSHIP is subject to a 10% fee. If the artist cannot make the event we will credit the money towards another event or reschedule. EVENT TOUR SALES are final and non refundable. You will be emailed a link to the i PULSE MEDIA website where you can purchase the EVENT TOUR SALES. As a affiliate you will be solely responsible to make any necessary artist accommodations, pay for equipment rental and any other costs associated with the event over the artist performance fee provided in EVENT TOUR SALES. i PULSE MEDIA will have an 468×60 ad banner promoting the event to use on the site and give to sponsors for their website. You will also be given a professionally designed poster that you can print out to promote the event. If you do events for yourself as a member you can use our name and logos to generate sponsorship, but is subject to a 10% fee. This is based on honor system and it is up to you to send payment to i PULSE MEDIA. From time to time you will be asked to take photos of artist performing at events in your areas. You will also take part in a 10% profit sharing of any net revenue earned through out the year. So in effect it may be possible for the membership fee to pay for itself and more. You send a check or money order for agreed amount or you will be emailed a link to purchase the Affiliate membership from the i PULSE MEDIA website or affiliate website. By becoming a member you agree to these Terms of Service in its entirety. Before becoming a member you may need to sign a printed copy of these Privacy & Terms of Use, and send it to i PULSE MEDIA via certified mail along with a photo copy of your drivers license and any changes made to this Privacy & Terms of Use statement after signing will apply to you. If there are changes to this service it is solely up to you to check the statement, although we may attempt to advise you of this. It is your duty to report any revenue earned and file your own taxes. Any money generated from the affiliate website, including but not limited to sale of Ads, interactive setup, ticket sales, event tours, and event sponsorship must be received by i PULSE MEDIA directly from the client via check or electronic transfer. i PULSE MEDIA will then return payment minus any fees if applicable to the affiliate member no later than 7 business days from the time payment is received at i PULSE MEDIA. If services are paid with cash you will have to provide client with a receipt, and send i PULSE MEDIA a copy of receipt along with payment. Membership fees are final and not refundable. As a affiliate you will have access to certain customer information, copyright material, software, photos taken for i PULSE MEDIA and is property of i PULSE MEDIA. This information will be provided to you on a need to know basis. This information and tools will have to be returned to i PULSE MEDIA and completely removed from your computer and cannot be shared with any other individual, entity or third party, any printed material must be destroyed upon membership termination and is considered confidential. If you distribute this information, property, or use it for personal use during membership or thereafter, you will be subject to criminal/civil prosecution. i PULSE MEDIA reserves the right to terminate the affiliate membership of any individual without reason, solely at i PULSE MEDIA’s discretion, although we may try and contact you to advise you of this or the reason. If you provide false information in connection to sales, service, or personal information to i PULSE MEDIA in regards to affiliate membership, affiliate member activity, or services you will be subject to civil/criminal prosecution. As a promoter member you absolve i PULSE MEDIA and will be solely at fault with any claims against you whether civil/criminal in working in conjunction with i PULSE MEDIA directly/indirectly with your area or events. TEJANO ZONE MEMBERSHIP END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This copy of Music Recordings (”MR”) and accompanying artwork is licensed and not sold. This Music Recordings is protected by copyright laws and treaties, as well as laws and treaties related to other forms of intellectual property. i PULSE MEDIA or its subsidiaries, affiliates, and suppliers (collectively “USA”) own rights to distribute the Music Recordings. The Licensee’s (”you” or “your”) license to download, use, copy, or change the Music Recordings is subject to these rights and to all the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement (”Agreement”). Acceptance YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT BY PURCHASING TEJANO ZONE MEMBERSHIP AND DOWNLOADING THE MUSIC RECORDINGS OR BY INSTALLING, USING, OR COPYING THE MUSIC RECORDINGS. YOU MUST AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE YOU WILL BE ALLOWED TO DOWNLOAD THE MUSIC RECORDINGS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MUST NOT PURCHASE TEJANO ZONE MEMBERSHIP AND YOU MUST NOT INSTALL, USE, OR COPY THE MUSIC RECORDINGS. License Grant This Agreement entitles you to download and use one copy of the Music Recordings and artwork. In addition, you may make one archival copy of the Music Recordings. The archival copy must be on a storage medium other than a hard drive, and may only be used for the reinstallation of the Music Recordings. This Agreement does not permit the download or use of multiple copies of the Music Recordings, or the installation of the Music Recordings on more than one computer at any given time, on a system that allows shared used of applications, on a multi-user network, or on any configuration or system of computers that allows multiple users. Multiple copy use or installation is only allowed if you obtain an appropriate licensing agreement for each user and each copy of the Music Recordings. Restrictions on Transfer Without first obtaining the express written consent of USA, you may not assign your rights and obligations under this Agreement, or redistribute, encumber, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your rights to the Music Recordings. Restrictions on Use You may not use, copy, or install the Music Recordings, or artwork on any system with more than one computer, or permit the use, copying, or installation of the Music Recordings by more than one user or on more than one computer. If you hold multiple, validly licensed copies, you may not use, copy, or install the Music Recordings on any system with more than the number of computers permitted by license, or permit the use, copying, or installation by more users, or on more computers than the number permitted by license. You may not decompile, “reverse-engineer”, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the Music Recordings. Restrictions on Alteration You may not modify the Music Recordings, artwork or create any derivative work of the Music Recordings or its accompanying artwork. Derivative works include but are not limited to translations. You may not alter any files or libraries in any portion of the Music Recordings. Restrictions on Copying You may not copy any part of the Music Recordings, or artwork except to the extent that licensed use inherently demands the creation of a temporary copy stored in computer memory and not permanently affixed on storage medium. You may make one archival copy, which must be stored on a medium other than a computer hard drive. Limited Music Recordings Warranty For a period of 12 months days from the date of Tejano Zone Membership purchase or from the date that you download the Music Recordings, as applicable, USA warrants that when properly installed and used under normal conditions, the Music Recordings will perform substantially as advertised. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPLICITLY AGREED TO IN WRITING BY USA, USA MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT OR IN THE LIMITED WARRANTY DOCUMENTS PROVIDED WITH THE MUSIC RECORDINGS. USA makes no warranty that the Music Recordings will meet your requirements or operate under your specific conditions of use. USA makes no warranty that operation of the Music Recordings will be secure, error free, or free from interruption. YOU MUST DETERMINE WHETHER THE MUSIC RECORDINGS SUFFICIENTLY MEETS YOUR REQUIREMENTS FOR SECURITY AND UNINTERRUPTABILITY. YOU BEAR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS INCURRED DUE TO FAILURE OF THE MUSIC RECORDINGS TO MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. USA WILL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR THE LOSS OF DATA ON ANY COMPUTER OR INFORMATION STORAGE DEVICE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL USA, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATE, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING LOST REVENUES OR PROFITS OR LOSS OF BUSINESS) RESULTING FROM THIS AGREEMENT, OR FROM THE FURNISHING, PERFORMANCE, INSTALLATION, OR USE OF THE MUSIC RECORDINGS, WHETHER DUE TO A BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR THE NEGLIGENCE OF USA OR ANY OTHER PARTY, EVEN IF USA IS ADVISED BEFOREHAND OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Limitation of Remedies and Damages Your remedy for a breach of this Agreement or of any warranty included in this Agreement is the correction or replacement of the Music Recordings. Selection of whether to correct or replace shall be solely at the discretion of USA. USA reserves the right to substitute a functionally equivalent copy of the Music Recordings as a replacement. If USA is unable to provide a replacement or substitute Music Recordings or corrections to the Music Recordings, your sole alternate remedy shall be a refund of .01 cents for the Music Recordings exclusive of any costs for shipping and handling. Any claim must be made within the applicable warranty period. All warranties cover only defects arising under normal use and do not include malfunctions or failure resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, acts of nature, unusual temperatures or humidity, improper installation, or damage determined by USA to have been caused by you. All limited warranties on the Music Recordings are granted only to you and are non-transferable. You agree to indemnify and hold USA harmless from all claims, judgments, liabilities, expenses, or costs arising from your breach of this Agreement and/or acts or omissions. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Costs This Agreement is governed by the laws of Arizona, without regard to Arizona’s conflict or choice of law provisions. Severability If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent any express or implied restrictions are not permitted by applicable laws, these express or implied restrictions shall remain in force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by such applicable laws. YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT i PULSE MEDIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PERSONAL INJURY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF i PULSE MEDIAHAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR
